About these terms
These terms apply to your use of pawy.au and to any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you accept them.

Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a product is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia. Standard tracked shipping is A$11.00, and free on orders of A$100 or more.
Products may be fulfilled from Australian or international partner facilities. Delivery times vary by product and destination, and tracking is provided after dispatch where available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photographs as soon as possible.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered as downloads and no physical item is shipped. Our Digital Products Policy covers delivery, licence and refunds for these.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and difficulty guidance. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Where supplier information is unavailable or unverified, we leave it out rather than estimate.
Safe use — important
Our products are enrichment and feeding tools. Select products appropriate for your dog's size, age and behaviour. Supervise initial use, inspect products regularly and remove anything damaged.
Enrichment and training resources do not replace exercise, training, veterinary care or professional behavioural advice, and are not a treatment for any medical or behavioural condition. You are responsible for supervising your dog and for deciding whether a product suits them.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Our Returns and Refunds page explains how to make a claim.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it or refunding its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Using this website
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy our content for commercial use without permission. All site content, including product descriptions, guides and images, remains our property or our licensors'.
