Using enrichment products safely
Enrichment products are feeding and activity tools, not chew toys. Follow these guidelines with every Pawy product:
Supervise first uses. Watch how your dog interacts with any new product before leaving them with it, and supervise strong chewers at all times.
Check for damage. Inspect products regularly. Remove and replace any item that is cracked, torn or has loose parts.
Match the product to your dog. Follow the size and suitability guidance on each product page.
Food safety. Use dog-appropriate foods only, clean products after each use and dry thoroughly.
Not a substitute for care. Enrichment supports natural behaviour; it does not replace exercise, training or veterinary advice.
