Digital delivery
Pawy training products are digital resources. No physical item is shipped for a digital-only order, and digital-only orders carry no shipping charge.
After successful payment, download access is provided through the store's digital-delivery system. Access details are sent to the email address supplied at checkout, and download links are also available from the order confirmation where supported.
File formats and access requirements
Files are supplied as PDFs, delivered individually or in a ZIP archive. You need a device capable of opening PDF files. Printable resources are designed for A4 printing; a printer is optional, as all materials can be viewed digitally.
Download support
If a download link does not work, expires before you have retrieved your files, or a file will not open, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will reissue access. We aim to respond within [SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME].
Licence — personal household use
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files within your own household, including printing as many copies as you need for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing or content platforms, or use the materials in a commercial training, breeding, rescue or educational service without written permission.
Updates
Your purchase includes access to the files and any updates specifically stated at the time of purchase. Pawy does not promise indefinite future updates unless this is explicitly stated on the product page at the time you buy.
Change of mind
Because digital products may be delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds might not be available after access or download. This does not exclude rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is faulty, cannot be accessed despite reasonable support, or is materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a replacement, a repair or a refund. Contact us and we will work through it with you.
